At our independent living facility, we are dedicated to serving a diverse population.  Some of which include:

• veterans

• Seniors

• Displaced adults

• Individuals facing homelessness

• Those seeking  transitional  housing

• DV  Survivors

• Those with fixed  incomes

  • SSI (Social Security & Supplemental Security Income)

  • SSDI (Social Security Disability Income)

• Men and women seeking community-based living

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for placement, applicants must:

• Be at least 27 years of age

• Be illicit/street drug, and alcohol free

• Have a reliable source of income or means to cover monthly program fee

• Be a single individual (we do not house families)

• Be fully capable of managing their own activities of daily living (ADL's),  and personal care needs
